U.S., international partners train during large-force flying exercise in Greece

The United States Air Force is taking part in the INIOHOS 18 joint exercise with the air forces of the United Arab Emirates and Israel, in Greece. Other nations also participating in the drill include Italy, the United Kingdom and Cyprus.

INIOHOS 18 is a Hellenic air force-led large force flying exercise between NATO allies and partner nations. Multinational training engagements such as these strengthen relationships, maintain joint readiness and interoperability, and reassure regional allies and partners.

The objective of the Exercise is to provide realistic operational training in conditions that resemble a complex multi-threat combat environment to maximize the operational readiness of the Air Force.
