Patria’s high-technology products showcased at Eurosatory

Patria attends Eurosatory 2016 event held on June 13–17 in Paris showcasing its key export products such as the armoured modular vehicle Patria AMV equipped with Selex weapon system. Also Patria AMV Part Task Trainer networked with Patria Nemo Training Simulator will be on display at the event. Patria’s stand is located in hall 6 / E353. The event is held at Viparis Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.

Eurosatory represents one of the defence industry’s major events. The exhibition brings together defence industry companies and professionals from all over the world.

At Eurosatory Patria AMV, the market leader among 8×8 armoured wheeled vehicles is on view at four stands. At all stands showcasing AMV there will be an expert from Patria. The vehicle at Patria’s stand –Hall 6 / E353 – is equipped with Selex 12,7mm remote controlled weapon system together with Selex Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA) compatible electronics.

AMV35 Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle (CRV), the vehicle solution by Patria and BAE Systems offered to Australian Army’s Land 400 vehicle bid, is featured at BAE Systems’ stand at H30 outside.

In addition Patria AMV equipped with Cockerill 3000 series 30mm weapon system is on display at CMI’s stand in Hall 5 / K378 / K398.

Rosomak – which is Patria AMV produced under license in Poland by Rosomak S.A., is on view at PGZ’s stand in Hall 5 / B 801. Rosomak S.A. and Rosomak 8×8 vehicle are a success story of the Patria’s technology transfer program.

Nearly 1,600 vehicles have already been ordered. They are used in challenging conditions by customers in seven countries. AMV products are under continuous development and are fitted with the latest technology. Patria AMV’s structural solutions enable high payload capacity, high level of protection and integration of heavy weapon systems. Patria AMV has received excellent feedback from customers for its performance in combat and crisis management operations in Afghanistan and Chad. The latest addition to this product family, Patria AMVXP, provides further strength to the company’s product range.
