Bogdan Corporation has released details of its new Bogdan 2351 light utility vehicle. The Ukrainian company has developed a Bogdan 2351 light utility vehicle to replace Russian-made UAZ that have been in service with the Ukrainian Defence Forces for over 20-40 years.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced plans to replace light 4×4 vehicles in service with the Army of the Ukraine, starting in 2017.
The Bogdan 2351 light utility vehicle was developed in the factory “Bogdan Motors”. Â This vehicle was built on the Great Wall Wingle 5 chassis. Wheel drive five-seat car has a length of 5126 mm, width 1800 mm, height 2280 mm. Diesel power plant of Bogdan 2351 has a volume of 2.0 liters, the power of 105 kW (143 hp) with a maximum torque of 310 Nm / 1800 rev / min, combined with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Additional equipment of sanitary vehicle Bogdan 2251 may include an extra battery pack, AC adapter (220) heater Webasto (power – 4kW).
