WB Group to display new MAREK unmanned multifunctional vehicle at MSPO

The new MAREK 6×6 wheel unmanned multifunctional vehicle is to be displayed at the MSPO International Defence Industry Exhibition in Poland.

The MAREK  project is developed jointly by WB Electronics, Hydromega (Gdynia) and Military University of Technology (Warsaw) and subsidized by NCBiR.

The purpose of the project is to design and implement a complete unmanned system designated for participation in firefighting and rescue mission. The system can be used in explosive environment, in contaminated areas or inside buildings with a damaged structure at risk of collapse. The solution is complex and consists of the Unmanned Rescue Vehicle, transportation trailer and towing vehicle equipped with control and data analysis post.

The project team will employ all the experience gained during earlier project realized by the consortium or each member individually.

The MSPO International Defence Industry Exhibition, which takes place in Kielce, Poland from 6-9 September 2016.
