South-Eastern Ukraine became the first battlefield to test Russian T-90A

Modern Russian T-90A tanks were first time combat tested in Ukraine. reported military-informant.com.

According to the available data, T-90A tanks were spotted near Pridorozhny and Novoannovka in Lugansk region in august 2014.

T-90s are also said to be used during assault on Ukrainian positions near Lugansk airport.

Before that, there was no available official statements or proofs that T-90s were used in combat.
