Russia has deployed means of Electronic Intelligence near Ukrainian border

Russia has forward deployed its new Electronic and Signals Intelligence systems on the border near Kharkiv Region of Ukraine.

Russia has moved of its military intelligence systems at a distance of 2.5 km from the border, shows photos of imagery shows  State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Air monitoring the state border using  “Diamond” aircraft in the area of the Eastern regional administration confirmed the presence in Russia near the border with Ukraine signals intelligence systems.

According to available information, the mobile electronic intelligence posts emerged when Russia started provocative actions on the territory temporarily occupied Crimea in early August.

Besides, as many as 40,000 Russian troops, including tanks, armored vehicles, and air force units, are now arrayed along Ukraine’s eastern border with Russia.
