Orbital ATK will showcase the integration of its defense products for air-, land- and sea-based platforms. Highlights include precision guidance kits (PGK) for artillery and mortars, which recently received full material release having passed all production lot acceptance tests and repeatedly performed well within the accuracy requirements; the Bushmaster® line of Chain Guns® and automatic cannons that support 7.62mm, 25mm, 30mm and 40mm applications for air, land and sea weapons station platform integration; as well as the XM25 Counter Defilade Target Engagement system, which provides a soldier-portable weapon that can defeat defilade targets with its 25mm air-bursting capability. The XM25 is progressing through development testing.
Also on display are the company’s innovative line of customized gunships that provide allied nations with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms; and are outfitted with a variety of weapon systems to include our Bushmaster® Chain Guns® and medium-caliber cannons. The company also will display its ability to upgrade and integrate offensive and defensive air capabilities with the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM), ShotFinder Acoustic Threat Warning System and the AAR-47 Missile Warning System and flares.
