Iveco will unveil the new Light Multirole Vehicle 2 at the incoming Eurosatory 2016

Iveco Defence Vehicles (of CNH Industrial) will unveil the Light Multirole Vehicle 2 (The LMV 2) at the incoming Eurosatory 2016 international defence and security show, that reported DEFESA Global.

The new version, implemented with a new 220 hp diesel engine, presents an upgraded driveline capable of managing more power, and a new air filtration system.

Iveco Defence Vehicles is dedicated to delivering innovative special purpose vehicles for defense and civil protection applications. The brand manufactures logistic, multirole and armored vehicles in its Bolzano facility in Northern Italy, as well as marketing Iveco’s full commercial range, adapted as necessary to meet the demands of military and civil defense users worldwide. All vehicles are designed to offer exceptional mobility, with protected variants exploiting state-of-the-art protection technologies. Among these, the Light Multirole Vehicle (LMV) has become the light protected vehicle of choice in Europe, with sales to thirteen countries to date.
