Phantom MRAP seen in Thailand

The Royal Thai Marine Corps (RTMC) recently concluded a three-month trial of a new MRAP vehicle in southern Thailand, it has emerged.

The prototype, named the Phantom 380-X, was first publicly revealed during the Thai-US joint exercise Cobra Gold 2014.

Phantom-X 380 with the wheel formula 4×4, has a weight of 18 tons, reported defence-blog.com.

The machine is driven by a Cummins diesel engine capacity of 380 hp, which is aggregated with transmission Allison.
