Argentine Army receives first Cessna Grand Caravan

Army Aviation Argentina received the second week of June the first of two light transport aircraft C-208B Grand Caravan Cessna Aircraft acquired directly Co.

The aircraft received the AE-225 arrived in the country tuition and ferry flight from the factory in Wichita, Kansas, United States. This aircraft, along with his “brother”, coming soon, is part of a project that includes the acquisition of four Grand Caravan but which so far only confirmed the purchase of two.

The aircraft is equipped with full digital cockpit, ability to transport and launch paratroopers and cargo, as well as complete equipment for medical missions including stretcher and monitors, among others.
