Russian T-14 Armata tank will cost roughly 4-5 million dollars

Russian Army will purchase 2,300 T-14  tank, based on the Armata platform. According to preliminary estimates, 2,300 T-14 Armata units are required for the Russian Army to be fully re-stocked and combat efficient.

In the next five years the Russian army should be ordered 2,300 tanks “Armata” said General Director “Uralvagonzavod” Oleg Siyenko. Serial T-14  tank will cost roughly  4-5 million dollars.

The cost of serial T-14 “Armata” will be lower than the export version of the M1A2 Abrams tank –  $ 8 million,  French Leclerc $ 11 million, and the South Korean K2 Black Panther roughly   $ 9 million.
