Russian BTR-80 APC Involved in Head-on Crash on Highway

Russian BTR-80 armored personnel carrier involved   in a head-on crash on Severomorsk-Murmansk highway.

The Russian military Armoured Personnel Carrier accused of being involved in a crash with a Ford car.

The BTR-80 APC had been  accompanied by a convoy.  The accident occurred night, November 20 at 20:05 on the 15-km route between the military air defense units and crossroads Aviagorodok towards Shchukozero.

As a result of the head-on crash, a Ford car flew into a ditch. Despite the fact that the car has received considerable damage, the driver received only bruises, but was taken to the central hospital for a complete examination.
