Indian Defence Companies Unveils Mock-up of Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft at Aero India 2017

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) with partners unveiled a new Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) mock-up at the Aero India 2017 in Bangalore, India.

The new concept of AMCA has are some changes like a bigger wing, bigger horizontal stabilizer and air intake. AMCA is an Indian programme of a fifth-generation fighter aircraft. It is being developed by an aerospace industry team which consists of the Aeronautical Development Agency as the design firm with manufacturing carried out by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) as the primary contractor and main assembly firm.

AMCA will have fifth generation features like super cruise, stealth, AESA radar, maneuverability and advanced avionics.
