Estonian Defence Forces has received Javelin advanced anti-tank missiles from USA

Estonian Defence Forces has received a second tranche of Javelin anti-tank missiles. The $33 million purchase was funded with U.S. European Reassurance Initiative funds.

The U.S.-produced Javelin missile can defeat any tank in the world and is the standard system used by the U.S. Army.

Working together with U.S. to acquire this important defensive capability demonstrates the Alliance commitment to Estonia´s self-defence and mutual aid to harden national defences against external security threats.
