China to unveil new weapon systems at upcoming large-scale military parade

Beijing is likely to hold a large-scale military parade to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the PLA`s establishment. China’s Armed Forces will unveil its latest equipment in the upcoming parade of the PLA’s 90th birthday celebration.

The Chinese Ministry of Defense gave the response that the anniversary was the worth celebrating but revealed no details of the celebration.

A PLA ground force general said, that the President Xi Jinping, who is also chairman of the Central Military Commission, was expected to inspect troops on PLA Day on August 1.
People’s Liberation Air Force Army already conducted rehearsals of military parade including the formation of five newest J-20 stealth fighter jets.

In the recent years the Chinese military experts and technicians have made great headways in manufacturing a broad range of indigenous equipment, making the armed forces self-sufficient in the arms sphere.

The last such large military parade was one commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of second world war.
