The STREIT Group, a Canadian armoured vehicle manufacturer, is introducing a new, budget Python–SUT multipurpose tactical vehicle.
The Python–SUT is a new armoured personnel carrier based on the chassis of tried and trusted Toyota platform.
According to the company, Python-SUT has the capability to carry troops, equipment or both. At an affordable cost, this vehicle offers exceptional capabilities with flexible configurations to meet customer needs.

The Python-SUT is equipped with a 4.0L V6 Gas or 4.5 L V8 Turbo Diesel engine and has a road range of 800 km. The vehicle is operated by a two-person crew comprising the commander and driver and can accommodate up to 8 passengers. Armouring materials provide protection against 7.62mm ammunition and meet CEN Level B6 standards.

The vehicle also features a roof-mounted 360-degree traversing turret with perimeter protection and 7.62mm Caliber PKM gun mount assembly.
Python-SUT is best fit for the usage and operable as an urban and semi-rural patrolling and as a reconnaissance vehicle.
