Ukrainian Marines conduct tactical special training in Odesa region

The Ukrainian Naval Infantry (part of coastal defense troops of the Ukrainian Navy)  underwent tactical special training in Odesa region of southwestern Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Marines held field drills in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi (the town in Odessa region).

The aim of these drills is to achieve troops integrated planning and deployment during raiding operations, especially, in cooperation with units of other armed forces arms. In the course of training, the forces started integrating and learning how to work together. The realism of these drills will help the troops to adapt the way everything works during their deployment.

The training was conducted in the conditions close to combat, considering the ATO experience. The interoperability among marines, ship crews, naval aviation crews, etc. was considerably improved.
