The Mi-28N of Russian Air Force crashed at the “Dubrovich” in the Ryazan region, reports TASS.

Three other Mi-28Ns have been lost in accidents in recent years. The crew of an Mi-28 was injured in February 2011 when the aircraft suffered a gearbox failure. Another Mi-28N was lost in June 2009 when it suffered an engine failure after ingesting gases from rockets it was firing at low-level on a range. In 2012 Mi-28 lost in accidents in Mozdok.
