NIMR Automotive celebrates completion of its 1,000th vehicle

NIMR Automotive, the defence vehicle manufacturer in Abu Dhabi, achieved an important milestone in its history with the 1,000th vehicle completed in its production facility at Tawazun Industrial Park in Ajban, since commencing operation in 2014.

NIMR’s 1,000th vehicle produced is the AJBAN 440A, a 4×4 ballistic and blast protected Light Tactical Protected Patrol Vehicle for four crew members, and is fitted with a roof mounted multi-fit ring. The AJBAN Class of 4×4 vehicles provides a multi-purpose platform for all military requirements from utility vehicles to fully protected patrol vehicles.

After producing the first vehicle “ISV02 Command” in 2014, more than 16 models were added to NIMR’s portfolio. The company progressed significantly to provide a range of vehicles which address various needs of armed forces and internal security organisations around the world.
