A rare Russian nuclear support vehicle, likely a 15T365, has been spotted and filmed in motion, which is one of the few cases.
According to open-source intelligence group Exilenova+, the footage shows the vehicle being relocated from a technical maintenance base belonging to the 60th Missile Division of Russia’s 27th Guards Missile Army, located near the town of Tatishchevo in Saratov Oblast.
The video, dated July 30, 2025, captures the vehicle moving as part of a heavily guarded convoy. The footage, shared by Exilenova+, reveals the presence of armored personnel carriers and military escort vehicles accompanying the transport—an indicator of the cargo’s strategic value and the military’s heightened security posture during the transfer.
The 15T365 is a specialized transport and maintenance platform used by Russia’s Strategic Rocket Forces. Its role includes handling, maintaining, and preparing nuclear warheads for installation on intercontinental ballistic missiles such as the RS-24 Yars and RS-12M Topol-M.
As noted by Exilenova+, the vehicle is based on the MAZ-543/MAZ-7310 8×8 wheeled chassis, produced in Belarus. This platform is frequently used for heavy-duty military logistics in the Russian armed forces, including the transport of large missile components.
The 15T365 is among the most elusive elements of Russia’s nuclear missile infrastructure. There are very few known images of this vehicle online. The fact that it was filmed during active relocation, under full escort, is extremely rare.

The transport appears to be assigned to a nuclear brigade operating within the 60th Missile Division. That formation is part of the broader 27th Guards Missile Army, which oversees multiple silo- and mobile-based intercontinental missile regiments.
The convoy’s composition suggests a high-alert or operational readiness transfer, though no official statement has been issued by the Russian Ministry of Defense. As of now, there are no indications that the movement was part of an exercise. The nature of the escort—particularly the presence of armored vehicles—suggests an elevated security level typically reserved for warhead-related activity.
The Tatishchevo area is home to multiple hardened missile silos, and has long served as a core location for the Strategic Rocket Forces.
Though the 15T365 itself does not carry nuclear warheads in combat deployment, its function in warhead preparation and servicing makes it a critical component of Russia’s nuclear weapons chain. Its movements are rarely visible to the public, and the July 30 video offers one of the clearest views to date of the vehicle in operational transit.

Exilenova+ has not disclosed the source of the footage but stated that it was verified using visual geolocation techniques. The group specializes in tracking high-value military movements across Russia and occupied territories using satellite imagery, public records, and user-submitted material.
