LITPOLUKRBRIG soldiers visit the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO 2016

Thursday, September 08. LUBLIN, Poland – Officers and non-commissioned members with Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade Command observed the International Defence Industry Exhibition held in Kielce.

The international staff of the multinational brigade was interested in modern and future-oriented developments presented on the Exhibition. It should be mentioned that this year’s event brought together 609 companies from 30 countries, inducing: the United States, Austria, Belgium, China, France, Spain, Israel, Japan, Canada, Germany, Norway, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Italy and Ukraine.

“The International Defence Industry Exhibition educate us about the new means of military equipment and tools. The Defence industry aims to save soldier’s life, not damage surroundings but to suppress an aggressor. In LITPOLUKRBRIG we want our personnel to be ready to learn and use any outfit and arms our respective countries will have equipped us” stated Colonel Volodymyr Yudanov, Acting Commander of Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade.

Lieutenant Colonel Eligijus Senulis, Chief of Staff, added that such events bring a unique opportunity to meet partners from all over the world and establish long-term friendly relations.

“In LITPOLUKRBRIG we do not promote war, but make our efforts to be better trained and equipped to preserve peace whenever we will have been called to perform the operational duties” completed Lieutenant Colonel Eligijus Senulis.
