Ukrainian Company Showcase a New Version of «Varta-2» Assault Vehicle

Ukrainian company showcase  a new wersion  of «Varta-2» assault vehicle during «Ukrainian Defense & Security Forum 16» in Kiyv.

The «Varta-2» is developed for the hostage rescue and effective terrorist attack suppression for «KORD» Ukrainian special forces. The new Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) intended for Special Forces, SWAT, Police and other tactical units.

The «Varta» 4×4 can run at a maximum road speed of 120 km/hr with a maximum cruising range of 800 km.

The turret can be mounted with a 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine gun or 40mm automatic grenade launcher. The glass turret provides 360° view for the gunner’s position, while offering all round protection from enemy fire.
