Peruvian Army has received into service a batch of Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles (RMMV)  military  trucks.

From March RMMV will begin supplying the Peruvian Army with 92 TGS-MIL and 216 TGM MIL trucks. A further 30 TGS-MIL will be delivered to the navy. The contract includes an option for 337 more trucks.

Rheinmetall AG and MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG formed a joint company for military wheeled vehicles. The new company, which will be known as Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles GmbH (RMMV), is an important provider of complete solutions in the market for military wheeled vehicles, covering the entire range of armoured and unarmoured transport, command and role-specific vehicles for the international armed forces. Rheinmetall has a stake of 51 percent and MAN 49 percent in the new company, which is headquartered in Munich.

RMMV’s military vehicles have a reputation as the most mobile and reliable support trucks for the military. They benefit both from the excellent MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG research facilities and Rheinmetall’s comprehensive military knowledge. Today, RMMV offers a range of military trucks for all assignments, with exceptional lifecycle costs, performance – and most importantly – crew protection.
